Project Description:
The capacity of the pottery comes up to 60 mln pcs of conventional bricks per year or 500 tons of burnt items per day. Climatic peculiarities of Russia and characteristic properties of brick clays have been taken into account in the project. The project envisages the building of winterized clay deposit as well as availability of prepared clay deposit within process line.
Production process: clay conveying, preparation and molding, charging and discharging of racks and carts loading, drying, firing, transportation of cars and carts. Modern tunnel kiln with continuous agitation of heat-carrying agent inside the tunnel and with intensive air cooling of items through conical rotamixer has tunnels of raw and dried bricks resources. Brick firing is carried out in a complex unit of prekiln-tunnel kiln, which allows to optimization of thermodynamical properties of heat exchange in the preparation area and realization of an adequate mode of thermal processing. The above stated features of the process are envisaged in the project.
