There was held a meeting of management of “Zarubezhstroy” with the delegation from Republic of Congo

 JSC Zarubezhstroy commenced in Ulan-Bator (Mongolia) active construction of the second stage of “Moscow” residential district with the total area of 42 thousand sq. m on the area of 2,9 ha.

Project Description:
As per the Agreement on program of cooperation between the cities of Moscow and Ulan-Bator in the sphere of residential development and within the implementation of Mongolian program “Housing - ÕÕI century” signed by the mayors of these cities, there was taken a decision on construction of residential neighborhood “Moscow” in Ulan-Bator. Pursuant to the resolution of the Moscow City Government, general contractor and investor of this project became JSC Zarubezhstroy.
A single architectural conception has been applied in designing of the “Moscow” district. The development of the Moscow” district “envisages successive construction of residential houses of approximately 100 thousand sq.m with infrastructure facilities - school, kindergartens, roads, pavements, minor forms, landscaping and other means of improvements, networks and facilities on them (central heating station, transformer substation).
Total square of “Moscow ” district area in conventional BL comes up to 13,2 ha. There has been allocated 2,75 ha of land for the first stage construction of the complex of six 9-floor and 2 slab blocks buildings (540 flats) with total area of 34 thousand sq. m. For the second stage of the district construction 2,9 ha land plot has been allocated for five 12-floor and 2 slab blocks buildings for 600 flats. Every floor of the slab block envisages: one one-room flat with total area of 41,6 sq. m.; three two-room flats with total area of 62,7, 65,8 and 64,4 sq. m.; one three-room flat with total area of 86,3 sq. m.
The building is framed with one-piece reinforced concrete columns and one-piece reinforced concrete floor structure. Staircases and elevator shafts are designed as stiff core that can accept seismic load. The bases if the buildings are monolithic reinforced concrete post footings. As for the enclosing walling system, curtain brick infill is used with ñ floor-by-floor division that does not have any impact on the frame stiffness. Winterizing of the outer walls is completed with foamed polysterol mats. Separation walls are monolithic reinforced concrete, indoor separation walls are plaster slab on metal frame. Stair flights and stair landings are monolithic reinforced concrete. The covering is multisloped, attic floor type. Internal controlled down pipe. Roof coating consists of metal tiles on metal rafters and wood furring.
Landscaping arrangements are envisaged for creating of the most favorable conditions for living and recreation of people, as well as microclimate improvement, wind and dust protection, improvements of architectural layout of the built-up area.
