Description of the Project in Minsk:
The project envisages the construction of 4-floor cultural and business centre «The House of Moscow» on a small hill well observed from the surrounding streets. The designed building in plan view is in the form of a square disclosed in the direction of the city center; it is of the classic style.
In one floor underground part there are located parking for 15 car spaces, a restaurant of Russian cuisine and technical premises. On the first above-ground floor in the central part of the complex there is a lobby of concert and cinema hall, concert and cinema hall for 300 seats, presidium room; also direct connection with the restaurant and underground parking is presupposed. In two side wings there are accordingly projected the following: offices and mini hotel of 3 stars class that occupies all 4 floors on the right wing. Moreover, on the first floor one can find: a book and souvenir shop, a café-bar as well as a separate entrance into the restaurant from the street side. Exhibit and recreation hall for art shows and children's New Year parties, concert and cinema hall, director’s office and VIP room, administrative premises are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the central part of the building. In the side wings one can find offices, library, studio premises and mini hotel. The 4th floor hosts as per the project conference hall for meetings, presentations and business appointments as well as administrative premises.
