Project Description:
The plant includes the following facilities:
• 1-floor production and storage house
• 3-floor administrative and household building,
• utility unit
• set of premises for cars service and electric loaders maintenance
• set of premises for refrigerators maintenance and storage
• cars and trucks washes
• cargo check points
• 2 level open car parking for 750 car spaces
• open parking for trucks
• onsite utility network.
Administrative and household buildings as well as 2 level car parking are designed in one-piece jointless ossature without girders and joints. The other buildings are to be in metal structures with sandwich panel walls and soft low pitch roofing.
The particularity of design conditions consists in potential karst hazard of the site.
